Hey Breakfast Bowl Lovers!

Here's what's for breakfast:
HG's Hash Scramble (pg 54 of 300 Under 300). I modified it using the Southwestern style Egg Beaters and it is amazing!! A whole bowl of hash brown, egg, meat, veggie and cheese goodness for 292 calories and 6g of fat!!! And, it tastes wonderful!
Here is the recipe and the picture of the finished dish. Thanks Hungry Girl for a tasty and filling breakfast!

Oh my lordy...

I can't believe it has been more than one whole year since I have been in a defined relationship. Lol And that relationship hardly even counts. I stopped talking to BH. He's kinda a jerk (he is!) and he thinks he's awesome (he's not!). Men. I'm happy single...sometimes i think I'd like to have someone to hold me...but I don't need it!!
Okay okay...bedtime for me! Goodnight all!

Oh the joys of high altitude and a low-calorie diet

I have a killer headache today. The kind that feels like a drum is beating in your head with every step you take and every sound you hear and word you say. I know it's just from the altitude in Colorado....but I'm still going to complain! It also could be a little bit from my diet. I'm back on Medifast (down 4.8lbs so far) and the calorie reduction & lack of loads of carbohydrates! Oh lordy what I wouldn't give for a huge blueberry muffin. But...my thighs are proof that I need to say no!!!

My food (so far) today:
Medifast pancakes
Medifast Cherry Pomegranate Shake
Medifast Beef Stew
Medifast Tropical Punch
2 oz grilled chicken
1 cup baby greens
1T light ranch & a few dashes of crystal hot sauce
1 cup cooked mushrooms


I'm going to drink some green tea and wish this headache away!

My plan for Medifast is called 5&1. It's 5 Medifast meals and one Lean and Green meal. The Lean and Green (L&G) consists of 5-7 oz of lean protein and 3 servings of low carbohydrate veg. :)
